  • Check in: How do I feel today? What do I need? 

  • Pick 1 affirmation to say in the mirror. 

  • Light a candle, draw a card, or journal 3 sentences to align. 

 

Take-No-Sh*t Tuesday 

Mantra: “My energy is mine. My peace is sacred. My ‘no’ is a full sentence.” 


  • Set 1 strong boundary (spoken or silent). 

  • Say no without guilt at least once. 

  • Tackle one “I’ve been putting this off” task, even a small one. 

 

Witchy Wins Wednesday 


Mantra: “I’m magic in motion... No spell needed, just truth.” 

  • List 3 things you’ve done right this week. 

  • Wear or carry a crystal/talisman to charge your confidence. 

  • Take one witchy action: incense, card pull, moon water, whatever you feel. 

 

Thank-Yourself Thursday 


Mantra: “I am proud of myself! And I say it out loud.” 

  • Write a letter or text to yourself. Kind. Honest. Affirming. 

  • Make a “look how far I’ve come” list. 

  • Treat yourself to something; food, a break, a ritual, a nap. Own it. 

 

Fearless Friday 

Mantra: “I face forward. I don’t flinch.” 


  • Do one thing you’ve been scared to do (even just researching a next step). 

  • Speak your truth to someone, or your journal. 

  • Blast a hype song and move like you’re already the woman you’re becoming. 

 

Sovereign Saturday 


Mantra: “I belong to myself, mind, body, soul.” 

  • Declutter something small. Reclaim space. 

  • Dress for your mood, not the world. 

  • Spend time on your vision: journal, plan, visualize, manifest. 

 

Soulful Sunday 


Mantra: “I restore myself with love, not pressure.” 

  • Rest intentionally — no guilt. 

  • Review your wins. What felt good? What drained you? 

  • Light a candle and set an intention for the week ahead.
